Before you write
The useful first conversation is about your operation rather than our catalogue. Three things get us most of the way:
- What moves. Cartons, pallets, reels, modules, people. Roughly how many a day.
- Where the record breaks today. The count that never matches, the batch nobody can trace, the asset nobody can find.
- What it has to talk to. SAP, Odoo, Tally, ERPNext, a WMS, a spreadsheet. All of these are fine answers.
